The CBC continues to strengthen its the legacy as the Conscience of Congress. CBC Members serve in a variety of Leadership positions in the United States Congress, including the Whip of the Democratic Party (Rep. Clyburn-SC), 4 full Committee Chairs (Rep. Conyers-MI, Rep.
